The coordination nobody gives you

By Daniel J. Klapper

Most people buying or selling a business have a lawyer, an accountant, and an advisor who have never once spoken to each other.

That is the hidden reason good deals fall apart. Legal advice comes from one office, financial advice from another, and strategy from a third. None of them sees the full picture, so the client carries the coordination cost at exactly the moment they can least afford a mistake.

A business transaction is the largest financial decision most people will ever make. The deal structure, the financing, the legal work, and the tax strategy all have to work together, or the whole thing collapses in the details.

That is why I built Fox & Chester the way I did: strategy, legal through our affiliated law firm, Langer Law Group, financial structure, and deal execution in one house, all accountable to one outcome. You should not have to be the general contractor of your own advisors.

One relationship. One house. Everything talking to each other. That is how the biggest financial decision of your life should feel.
